Cosplay and Textile Work

I love to work with fabric and hot glue. Here are some of my creations - mostly cosplays but also a fun puppet!

Kris' Armour

By using foam, paint, cardboard and gauze wrap, I recreated armour worn by the main character, Kris, in the video game Deltarune.

Marcille's Staff - Dungeon Meshi

I recreated Marcille's Staff from Dungeon Meshi with a faux wood staff, a styrofoam ring and paint.

Rosalina's Pro-Racer Outfit

I created Rosalina's Pro-Racer outfit from Mario Kart World. The suit was made from cotton and polyester fabric, sewn from a purchased pattern. I added the foam pieces for the crown on the hat and utilized scrap fabric on the edge of the brim.

Edward Elric's Robe

Sewn from a cotton fabric, I recreated Edward Elric's robe from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

Muppet Me

Structure created from foam, with hard plastic in the mouth. Draped in a cotton fabric, felt for the nose/mouth and yarn for the hair. I used a toddler's size t-shirt with a custom HTV, and a mini canvas tote bag as clothing. Nose piercings were created with a metal jump ring and a sewing pin. Glasses are an old pair of mine.
